Eyes Forward Guidance LLC provides physical products (hats and self-published books), digital products (e-books), and services (workshops and library book readings). Our hats feature the company name on a leather patch, and our publishing company operates under the same name.

These terms apply to all purchases, bookings, and interactions with our website.

  1. Eligibility

  • All customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or book services.

  • We do not knowingly collect data or provide services to minors under the age of 18.

  1. Products and services

a) Books and e-books.

  • IngramSpark and Amazon handle all returns and refunds for books and e-books. Customers must comply with their respective policies.

b) Hats

  • Hats are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase.

  • Disclaimer: Machine washing or drying the hats will damage the leather patch. Cleaning instructions:

    • Spot clean only with a damp cloth, water, and mild dish soap.

    • For sweat stains, use a soft-bristle brush with a mixture of ¼ cup hydrogen peroxide and ¼ cup lukewarm water. Air dry without applying heat. Do not clean the leather patch directly.

Workshops and library book readings.

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Prohibited Actions

  • We strictly prohibit unauthorized resale of our hats.

  1. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal, Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Google Pay.

  1. Shipping and handling

  • We use priority and standard shipping methods.

  • We only ship to local addresses within the United States.

  • International orders are not accepted.

  1. User-Generated Content

  • We encourage customers to leave reviews and comments about our products and services.

  • Eyes Forward Guidance LLC reserves the right to remove offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant content at its discretion.

  • Eyes Forward Guidance LLC is a trademarked entity.

  • Eyes Forward Guidance LLC exclusively owns all logos, designs, and trademarks, including the leather patch on hats, and any use of them requires written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Eyes Forward Guidance LLC cannot be held responsible for:

  • Improper cleaning methods cause damage to hats.

  • Issues related to third-party services like Stripe, IngramSpark, or Amazon.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • We will use mediation to resolve any disputes arising from the use of our website or services.

  • The laws of the United States govern this agreement, which is applicable in all 50 states.

  1. Donations

  2. Donations made to Eyes Forward Guidance LLC are voluntary and not tax-deductible, as we are a for-profit entity.

  • Refunds for Donations: Donations are non-refundable.

    Amendments to Terms: Eyes Forward Guidance LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will immediately post any modifications on our website.
