Building Better Athletes. Shaping Stronger Humans.
Our youth program develops essential athletic abilities, including speed, acceleration, agility, balance, coordination, reaction time, body control, and explosiveness. Sessions combine structured athletic training with fun, engaging games to keep kids motivated and excited. Athletes benefit by improving performance, moving safely, reducing injury risk, and building confidence that transfers to all sports.
At Eyes Forward Guidance, our speed and agility program helps young athletes develop athletic ability, physical confidence, and emotional resilience through high-quality training and positive culture.
Powered by years of coaching experience and a passion for youth development, our program blends sport performance coaching with character development, so every athlete grows on and off the field.
Why Speed & Agility Matters
Across all sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball, football, lacrosse, dance, and more, the athletes who excel are the ones who can move well, move smart, and move confidently.
That’s exactly what we train
Character Development Through Movement
Each session incorporates the P.L.E.D.G.E., a framework that encourages athletes to bring positive character to sport, school, and everyday life:
P — Positivity
L — Love
E — Effort & Attitude
D — Determination
G — Grace
E — Eyes Forward
